A deep dive into the ecosystem that created and sustained the 'Robodebt' scheme. Through primary and secondary interviews, I was able to create Timelines, Blueprints and Journey Maps that explored the decisions that shaped the project. I dived deep into the history of the ATO, Welfare, Inter-agency Data Sharing and Agency Legislation, to distil the complex into its moving parts. This app is a 2016 period-correct solution that is based on data gained from a participant. The design champions clear yet careful communication that provides a pathway to rectification.

Beginning with an aim to reduce workplace incidents in Victoria by creating generational change in safety culture, starting with young people entering the workforce. Focusing on finding solutions to break the culture cycle, this project began with interviews on the current WhiteCard training system, and went on to test and explore peer to peer learning.

A redesign from the ground up. I examined the Information Architecture and redesigned a structure that was easier to navigate. The end product was a website that championed the customer's need in a way that is intuitive and digestible.
